Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

As many of you know I love Chocolate Chip Cookies, that's why I was so excited when I came across this recipe for cake mix cookies on Pinterest.

I made some slight variations from the original recipe and let me tell you - THEY ARE DELISH!!

Soft and chewy they are so exactly what I love about Chocolate Chip Cookies!!

1 box of  White Cake Mix (you can use yellow too, but I had white on hand)
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees

2. Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil, then gradually add the chocolate chips

3. Spoon onto cookie tray and cook in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Cool on wire rack.  I keep mine in a ziploc bag and they're staying VERY fresh.

I am going to try this with other kinds of cake mixes in the future.

  1. OH yum!!! Easy and delicious!! Do you think milk choc. chips would be good too??

  2. Absolutely! I am going to try this again using a chocolate cake mix and mint chocolate chips, also with peanut butter chips too!
